You will find a kitchen (16m) with a big central table, all modern appliances including

a microwave, a small washing machine and a utility room.

A big and bright living room (21m) with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs and a double sofa bed.

On the cosy side, you'll find a wood burner, a T.V , a DvD player and a radio- c.d. player.

This room has direct access to the downstairs bathroom ( bath, shower, sink, toilet).

First bedroom (15m) with a double bed and a cot bed

Second bedroom (21m) with two bunk beds (4 per), a round table and chairs.

Both rooms have direct access to an upstairs bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet).

If needed we can provide- 2 double duvets, 4 duvets and 8 pillows.

Sheets need to be brought in by you or can be rented from the house by prior arrangement.single

It holds a terrace , a lawn, shrubs, trees, a sand pit, garden table and chairs for a party of ten and a BBQ.
